- Eagles during that stretch scored 60+ points and shot over 40% from the field in four of those games, the games they did not shoot over 40% was the USAO Quarterfinal game and the lone loss to John Brown at the end of the season.
- The Eagles making their first ever appearance in a Semifinal and drew Langston, who swept the Lady Eagles during regular season play, it shows it is very hard to beat a team Three times in one season. The Eagles have swept the Flying Queens in the Regular season but the last time WBU lost a game was at the very hands of SCU and the Eagles were the only conference opponent to hand the Flying Queens two loses in conference play.
