Bethany, Okla.-- Southwestern Christian(9-10, 7-7 SAC) were unable to overcome their halftime deficit as  the Langston University Lady Lions stole the game 62-55 . The Lions shot 22-55 from the field(40%). The Eagles defense had 6 steals on the day.

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 17-54(32%) from the floor, while shooting 3 of 14(32%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 16 for 23 (70%) from the free throw line. The bench of SCU contributed 17 points. Lauren Wade finished as the Eagles top scorer with 12 points. Southwestern had 32 rebounds on the day, 22 on the defensive glass. SCU ended the day with 11 assists overall. Jayden Mason finished the day with 9 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assists .

Southwestern Christian returns to action at home on January 26th at 6:00 PM against OPSU for another Sooner Athletic Conference matchup.
