Bethany,Okla.-- Southwestern Christian(7-8, 5-5 SAC) played Oklahoma City University Stars on Thursday afternoon for another Sooner Athletic Conference matchup. SCU fought hard but could not keep up with the fast pace and well defended Stars losing 64-78. OCU shot 28 of 64 from the field(44%).

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 23-72(32%) from the floor, while shooting 9 of 31(29%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 9-12(75%) from the Charity stripe. The Bench of SCU contributed 19 points to the effort. Delaney Reimer being the top scorer coming off the bench with 15 points. Southwestern Christian out-rebounded the Stars, (46-43), SCU had 18 second chance points in this game. Jayden Mason led the Eagles with 7 assist own the afternoon.
MJ Case and Christina Jenkins both had 14 points on the afternoon. MJ Case had 10 rebounds. Lauren wade had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. 

Southwestern Christian returns to action on the road against John Brown University on Saturday afternoon at 2PM.
