NCCAA National Tournament — Southwestern Christian came out strong in the first half leading Grace College 40-24 and would finish the game winning 73-60. Grace shot 23-56 from the field averaging 41%, 5-15 from the three point line averaging 33% and shot 9-18 from the free throw line averaging 50%. The Eagles forced 14 turnovers.

The Eagles Offense shot the ball out-standing today.  The Lady Eagles shot 30-52 from the floor averaging 58%, shot 4-9 from three (44%) and from the free throw line shot 9-13 (69%). With 30 points Thamires Jenkins led the Eagles in Points.The Eagles had the slight advantage in the rebound Category with 34–28 favor. The Eagles had only 4 offensive rebounds, The bench contributed 12 points to the effort, Christian Jenkins had a productive night with 12 pts and 10 rebounds. Grace college had a hard time stopping the senior Andrade. Thamires Andrade finished with 13-22 shooting and 2-5 from the three point line, Her Final stat line is 30 pts,5 Reb, 6 Ast, & 3 steals. 

The Lady Eagles will return to action in the NCCAA National Tournament on Thursday, March 17th,at 7:45 PM against Asbury University the #2 seed.
