BETHANY, Okla.-- Southwestern Christian University has announced the hiring of Veronica Austin as the new head volleyball coach.

Coach Austin arrives from OKC Ignite Volleyball Club where she created the club to helps athletes in player driven development. She has owned this club since 2020 and has multiple teams playing around the OKC area. 

"I am very thankful for this opportunity to coach at Southwestern Christian University and be apart of the family atmosphere on campus.I would like to thank Mark Arthur and President Tom Murray for this opportunity and look forward to a great season."
