Southwestern Christian University women's volleyball closed out its 2025 season on Saturday with a hard-fought match against Science & Arts of Oklahoma, falling in three sets (25–21, 25–10, 25–14).
The Eagles showed energy early, staying competitive in the first set before the Drovers pulled away. Senior Margarita Vargas led the way with 10 kills, while Brianna DeVries added six and Kyah Jackson finished with four. Setter Megan Graham guided the offense with 18 assists and also contributed 10 digs.
On defense, Lisa Gomez-Lopez led with 12 digs, and Alejandra Acuna added 10. Ashlyn Wilkens and Precious Skinner each recorded two service aces, helping the Eagles put pressure on the serve receive.
Southwestern Christian wrapped up the year with a 2–25 overall record and 1–21 in conference play. Despite the tough season, the Eagles showed growth and determination throughout the year, building a foundation for future success.
