DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.—Southwestern Christian University won another national cheer championship on Friday at the NCA Collegiate Cheer Championships in Daytona Beach. This marks back-to-back-to-back national championships.

For the second time, Southwestern Christian is coming home with two titles, winning the Advanced Large Coed Open Division for the third time, as well as also taking home a championship title in the Advanced Small Coed.

In the Advanced Small Coed, SCU found themselves in first place after a preliminary score of 81.06. They would score a even higher in the finals performance scoring a 90.06

The Large Coed Open Division saw SCU in first place after a preliminary score of 83.23. Westcliff University would be in a very close second place with a score of 83. The Eagles had an incredible finals performance, though, boosting their score up to 91.98, They end up winning by just .0093 points!
