Southwestern Christian University welcomed a strong field of competitors to Earlywine Golf Course on September 2–3, 2025, as the women's team hosted the Southwestern Christian Invitational. The event featured NAIA and junior college programs from across the region, with USAO capturing the team title at +78.

The Lady Eagles finished seventh overall with a team score of +247, improving across the final round and showing growth in their young roster. Individually, Katie Moore led Southwestern Christian with a +40 total, placing 14th in the field Behind her, Victoria Wiedel (+64), Emily Shelton (+68), and Taylor Frazier (+78) rounded out the Eagles' lineup, each gaining key tournament experience against a competitive field.

The invitational highlighted the depth of talent across the field, with MidAmerica Nazarene's Amy Fusedale earning medalist honors at +6. For the Lady Eagles, the tournament was not only a chance to compete on home turf but also an opportunity to build confidence and chemistry early in the fall season.

As Southwestern Christian continues to develop its women's golf program, the team's commitment and perseverance on display this week serve as a foundation for future success.
