Four Southwestern Christian University men's soccer players were recognized among the Sooner Athletic Conference's best as the league announced its 2025 All-Conference selections.
Goalkeeper Enzo Camps and defender Louis Defraiche were both named to the First Team All-SAC, while Augustus Mateos and Gabin Desplats earned Second Team All-SAC honors.
Camps, the Eagles' standout goalkeeper, was a steady force between the posts all season. Known for his sharp reflexes and strong leadership, he delivered several key performances, recording multiple clean sheets and keeping SCU competitive in close matches.
Defraiche anchored the Eagles' defense with his consistency and composure. His ability to read the game, make timely tackles, and organize the back line made him one of the most reliable defenders in the conference. His presence helped SCU maintain a disciplined defensive unit throughout the season.
Mateos led the charge offensively as the team's primary striker. His pace, strength, and clinical finishing made him a constant threat to opposing defenses and a central part of SCU's attacking success.
In the midfield, Desplats provided control and creativity, linking play between the defense and attack. His passing vision and ability to dictate tempo helped drive the Eagles' offense and maintain possession under pressure.
The four All-Conference selections showcase the balance and talent across Southwestern Christian's roster and reflect the program's continued growth and competitiveness within the Sooner Athletic Conference.
