Game 1: Eagles Held Scoreless in Opener
Southwestern Christian opened the Feb. 27 doubleheader with an 18–0 loss to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.

USAO struck early with a run in the first inning and steadily built its lead, highlighted by a seven-run sixth inning. The visitors finished with 16 hits while limiting SCU to four. Despite scattered opportunities, the Eagles were unable to string together offense against a strong USAO pitching performance that recorded nine strikeouts in the complete-game shutout.

SCU cycled through several pitchers to manage the workload, but USAO capitalized on timely hitting and hit-by-pitches to maintain pressure throughout the contest.

Game 2: Early Spark Not Enough in Nightcap

The Eagles responded with more energy in Game 2 but fell 12–2 as USAO completed the sweep.

SCU got on the board in the second inning when P. Nelson launched a solo home run to left field. Later in the frame, B. Browning added an RBI single to trim the deficit to 4–2 and give the home crowd a lift.

That momentum was short-lived, as USAO answered with consistent scoring, including a six-run fifth inning that broke the game open. The visitors totaled 14 hits, while SCU managed five, with E. Dudamel collecting two of them to lead the Eagles offensively.

Multiple SCU pitchers saw action in an effort to slow the surge, but USAO's balanced attack proved difficult to contain.
