The Southwestern Christian University women's basketball team battled throughout the game but fell 75–48 to Langston University on Friday afternoon in Bethany.
Kaydrin Scott led the Eagles with 14 points, while Chrissen Harland added 13 points as SCU worked to keep pace offensively. Jayden Mason finished with five points, and Carmella Jefferson chipped in five off the bench.
Despite the result, the Eagles continued to compete on both ends of the floor, showing effort and resilience against one of the conference's top teams. SCU will look to build on the performance as SAC play continues.
