KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Southwestern Christian University made program history on Tuesday afternoon with a 1–0 victory over Redeemer University at the NCCAA National Tournament, marking the first national tournament win in school history for SCU women's soccer.
The match was decided in dramatic fashion as Abbi Johnson scored the game-winning goal with just 30 seconds remaining, breaking a scoreless deadlock and lifting the Eagles to a milestone victory on the national stage.
