Dallas, TX - Southwestern Christian University took to the road today to play the University of North Texas at Dallas Trailblazers, but ultimately could not overcome their opponents. With a final of 70-80, SCU falls to 6-8 (5-6) on the season.
Through three quarters, it appeared that the Eagles were going to get the win on the road. Although the score was close, SCU maintained a three-point lead going into the fourth. However, the Eagles were not expecting UNT Dallas to find their shot from the field to a new degree tonight, with the Trailblazers putting up a 31 point fourth on nearly 70% shooting from the field. For the Eagles,
