Tough Loss Against Evangels

In a challenging conference basketball face-off on January 23, 2025, the Southwestern Christian University Eagles were defeated by the Mid-America Christian Evangels with a final score of 102-61 at the Gaulke Activity Center.

The game began with the Evangels taking a substantial lead, ending the first half at 52-25. Despite efforts to bounce back, the Eagles couldn't close the gap, ultimately facing a heavy loss. Tymier Adkins led the scoring for the Eagles with 18 points, followed by Michal Wooldridge and Taylor Turner, who both contributed 12 points each. Wooldridge also added five rebounds to his performance.

Other notable performances included 18 points by Tymier Adkins along with 2 rebounds and a steal. The opponents, however, showcased strong plays with Juwan White scoring 22 points and Josiah Fulcher adding 15 points, five rebounds, and a steal.
