Oklahoma City, Okla. - Southwestern Christian University took to the road today to take on Oklahoma City University, but the match did not go SCU's way, ending in a 74-66 loss. Although the Eagles held the lead at the half, a resurgent OCU team retook the lead in the third and remained out of reach for the rest of the match.

SCU shot above 40% from the field for the first two quarters, scoring at a rate that OCU was struggling to match by the half. In the third, however, SCU came out of the gate cold, shooting only 25% from the field before turning it back on in the fourth. Unfortunately for the Eagles, OCU scored enough in the third to elevate the Stars above the Eagles despite the Eagles' superior fourth quarter. Kennedy Allison led SCU in points with 18 and rebounds with 7, while grabbing 3 assists. Allison went 8-13 from the field. Chrissen Harland put up 13 points, brought in 5 rebounds, and had 1 assist of her own. She went 4-9 from the field and 4-4 from the free throw line. Delaney Reimer and Brooke Robertson both finished with 10 points, with Reimer having 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and a steal, while Robertson totaled 2 rebounds, an assist, and a block. Jayden Mason finished with 6 points, 7 rebounds, 4 steals, and 2 assists, rounding out SCU's top five performers of the night.
