Oklahoma City, Okla. - The Mid-America Christian University Evangels were too much for the Eagles today, defeating SCU 2-0. Despite taking 8 shots, only 1 shot was on goal, as the Eagles were shutout for the first time since October 10th.
Mid-America took 13 shots in the first half and 7 in the second, out-shooting SCU 20-8 overall. Although
Marta Papandrea saved 5 goals, the early lead from the Evangels was too much for SCU.
Abbigail Johnson had the only shot on goal while leading SCU in shots taken with three. She was followed closely by
