Bethany,OK.-- Southwestern Christian(12-4) dominated the Ecclesia Royals in the doubleheader sweep to let out some pent up frustrations after the usao series. The Eagles win both games due to run rule taking Game one 10-1 and Game two 11-3.
Game 1:
Southwestern Christian would start the scoring with
Jalen Durrence getting hit by a pitch with bases loaded to bring in a run,
Maliyah Patton later in the inning would single up the middle while the bases were loaded and pick up two RBIs to make it a 3-0 ball game, Later
Addison Hanna would single through the Right side to score a runner, in the next at bat
Alys Parr would single to Right and score a runner from third to give the Eagles a commanding 5-0 lead, The Eagles would move their lead to 6-0 on a fielding error by Ecclesia to add the insurance run. The Eagles would add on four more runs in the second starting with
Holly Elam hitting a sac fly to center for the RBI, later the Eagles would score a run on throwing error by Ecclesia that scored a runner from second,
Maliyah Patton would then later double through the left side to score one run, Later the Eagles would score on Ecclesia error to make it 10-0 heading into the third. The Royals would score a run in the fifth but it would not be enough to get out of the run rule as the Eagles end the game in five innings.

Game 2:
Southwestern Christian would come to run rule this game same as the first, but it wouldn't be until the fifth inning till the offense really got out in front and away from Ecclesia. The Eagles would score two runs in the first, one in the Third, Three in the fourth, and Five in the Fifth.
Lexie Smith and
Addison Hanna came up big today for Southwestern Christian as they both hit Home runs.
Lexie Smith hit the Hot Line drive Homerun that got out of the park quickly in the Third inning to tie the game against Ecclesia and
Addison Hanna would hit the absolute Moon shot of height on a ball that went over that extended the Eagles lead to 7-3 over the Royals. The Eagles would win this game 11-3 over the Royals.
