Siloam Springs, Ark.—Southwestern Christian University gets back in the win column on Saturday afternoon against John Brown University with a 86-83 victory.

Southwestern Christian (8-8, 6-5 SAC) played from behind in the first half of this contest but came out hot in the second half to out score JBU 52-47. The Golden Eagles shot 32-83 from the field averaging 39%, 10-34 from the three point line averaging 29% and shot 9-11 from the free throw line averaging 82%.

Ronald Moore led the way for Southwestern Christian coming off the bench. He notched 22 points, hauled in 5 rebounds, and had 2 assist.Luiz Machado Jr. had 17 points in this game with 11 Rebounds, and 2 assist.

The Eagles will return to action on Monday, January 16th, at 8:00 PM against Mid-American Christian University to start the second half of the Sooner Athletic Conference matchups.
