(Bethany, Okla) - The Southwestern Christian Men's soccer team won its home opener for the 2022 season against Lyon College 4-2.

First Half:

The Eagles started their season slow as 11 minutes into the first period SCU gave up a goal. Soon after the Eagles came back with an answer from Cameron Ashby, his first goal of the season.

Second Half:

Coming out of halftime the Eagles gave up a very early goal. Then at the 55' Teejay Chicario scored off the penalty kick to tie the game 2-2. His goal sparked a fire in SCU's offense as they scored two more goals to close out the game. One from Juan Anselmi and the other from Robin Bonilla Szelitzki
