First Half:
The Eagles started this game coming out red hot with 8 shots in the first half but struggled with fouls in the first quarter. They led with 8 fouls while MNU had 5 themselves. SCU Goalie Salvatore Della Vella stopped the pioneers with 4 saves. MNU would lead going into halftime 1-0.

Second Half:
Coming out of halftime the Eagles gave up a very early goal. At this point the Eagles were down 2-0 and just could not hold on to CMU. The Pioneers would find the back of the net again later on in the game. SCU struggled with their offense in the second half only shooting the ball 4 times. They fouls stacked on for the SCU when they added 9 more in the second half, including 3 yellow cards for the Eagles.

against Sterling University. This game will be the final non conference game before they start conference play on September 28 against Central Christian College (Kansas).
