Bethany, Okla.--Southwestern Christian(18-13) has become the NCCAA Central region with a 62-49 Win over the College of the Ozarks Bobcats, to advance to the NCCAA National tournament. COFO shot 14-47 from the field averaging 30%, 5-11 from the three averaging 46% and shot 16-25 from the free throw line averaging 64%. Kayley Frank COFO with 16 points. The Lady Eagles forced 17 turnovers on COFO resulting in 13 points off of Turnovers, SCU had 9 steals and 4 Blocks on the night. Lauren Wade led in both categories with 4 Stl and 3 Blk and Christina Jenkins also picked up one block tonight.Thamires Andrade & Tresha Yager both get two steals a piece.Kaitin Taylor also picked up one steal on the night.
 
Southwestern Christian shot really well tonight, The Lady Eagles shot 27-62 from the floor averaging 44%, also shot 1-4 from three (25%) and from the free throw line shot 7-8 (88%). Thamires Andrade led the Lady Eagles in points tonight with 20. The Lady Eagles Out-Rebounded the Lady Patriots 42-27, SCU had 10 offensive rebounds and scored 4 second chance points, Lauren Wade led SCU in Rebounds and finished with 13. The bench contributed 8 points to the effort,Gillian Snowder led the 2nd team squad shooting 3-3 from the floor, she finished the game with 6 pts & 1 Reb. The Eagles had 12 assist in the game,Abbey Phibbs led the Lady Eagles in Assist and finished the night with 8.

Thamires Andrade led the Eagles, she finished the night with 8-21 shooting, 1-2 from three,& 3-4 from the Free throw line, Her Final stat line was, 20 pts,11 Reb,3 Ast,& 2 Stl. Lauren Wade also contributed to the Offensive effort with 6-9 shooting from the field and 2-2 from the free throw line, Her Final stat line was 14 pts, 13 Reb, 4 Stl,& 3 Blk.Christina Jenkins
