Bethany,Okla.-- Southwestern Christian(16-14,1-8 SAC) Offense struggled to put anything together as OKWU(22-12) outpaced the Eagles in hits and runs to pull away with at 11-3.

OKWU started the scoring with a SAC fly to right to bring in a run to make it 1-0 in the Top of the 1st. OKWU in the second would score two runs on a SCU Error and then add one more off a single to make it a 4-0 ball game. Southwestern Christian would rally with a three run second, it started with Joseph Boone reaching first on an OKWU Error that scored one run and then Jhors Gomez came into score off an O'Shea Whiteside walk while the bases were loaded, to make it 2-0, Nick Smith would hit a single to drive in a run to make a 4-3 ball game in the bottom of the second. unfortunately that would be all SCU could score for the game as they were kept off balance for 7.2 Innings by an OKWU pitcher. OKWU would score four runs in the fourth, two in the fifth, and one run in the sixth to make it a 11-3 ball game and that would be the final score of the game.
