Eagles overpowered by Rival #2 Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City,Okla.-- Southwestern Christian(3-3,1-3 SAC) was just overpowered by #2 Oklahoma City(7-0,2-0 SAC), as the stars compiled 19 Hits between both games and the SCU offense just hard time getting started against the pitching staff of OCU.

Game 1:
Southwestern Christian was shutout by OCU and only to get one Hit in Game 1, a Double off the bat of Nevaeh Daniel who finished 1-2 on the day. SCU dropped Game one by a score of 0-10, in five innings. Elisha Stilwell finished the game with 4.0 IP and 3 K's. she moves to 2-1 on the season

Game 2:
Southwestern Christian was shutout by OCU and got 3 Hits in Game two, Nevaeh DanielHolly Elam, and Lexie Smith all pick up a Hit a piece here in Game two. SCU lost Game two 0-10 in Five innings. Harli Clem  pitched well enough to keep the OCU Offense in check, her final stat line, 4.0 IP, 4 Earned Runs, & 1 K. She moves to 1-2 on the season

Southwestern Christian returns to Home, Saturday, February 19th, at 1:00 PM for a Doubleheader against Southwestern College(3-3) at SCU softball Field
