Goodwell,Okla.-- Southwestern Christian(4-3, 2-2 SAC) and Oklahoma Panhandle State University played a very fast pace and energetic game on Saturday afternoon, the Eagles would come out on top 99 to 93. The Aggies shot 31 of 61 from the field(50%). Rayquan Elliott was the leading scorer for the Aggies shooting 14-28 from the field and ending the game with 47 points. The Eagles defensively ended the night with 3 steals and 3 Blocks.

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 36-68(53%) from the floor, while shooting 4 of 19(21%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 23-34(68%) from the Charity Stripe. The Bench of SCU contributed 41 points to the effort. Shawn Hopkins being the top scorer coming off the bench. The Eagles out-rebounded the Aggies by a +10 advantage, (38-28 SCU). The Big Stat for SCU was 56 points in the paint and 16 points off of turnovers.

Luiz Machado Jr. led the scoring for SCU with 28 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist,& 2 steals he shot 10-20 from the floor, 2-6 from beyond the Arc and 6-10 from the free throw line. Jonathan Baruti finished the night with 18 points, 10 rebounds. 

Southwestern Christian returns to action at home for another Sooner Conference game against Texas Wesleyan University on November 8 at 8PM.
