Chickasha,OK.-- Southwestern Christian(5-6, 3-3 SAC) played Science and Arts on Saturday afternoon for another Sooner Athletic Conference matchup. SCU fought hard but just could not keep up with the 11-0 Drovers losing 71-57. USAO shot 29 of 54 from the field(53%).
Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 21-54(39%) from the floor, while shooting 5 of 22(23%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 10-14(71%) from the Charity stripe. The Bench of SCU contributed 16 points to the effort. Delaney Reimer being the top scorer coming off the bench with 11 points. Southwestern Christian were out-rebounded by the Drovers, (35-30), SCU had 12 second chance points in this game. Christina Jenkins led SCU with 3 assist.
MJ Case was the leading scoring with 13 points followed by Tresha Yager with 12 points.
Southwestern Christian returns to action at home against Mid-America Christian on Tuesday night at 6PM.
