Bethany,OK.-- Southwestern Christian(2-1) dominated both halves of Basketball last night which saw Four SCU players end the game in double-digits, beating Holy Patriot, 96-66. Holy Patriot shot 22 of 63 from the field(35%). Andrew Clopton was the leading scorer for Holy Patriot shooting 6-11 from the field and ending the game with 16 pts. The Eagles defensively ended the night with 14 steal, Luiz Machado Jr. and Jordan Williams both led the Eagles with three steals 

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 36-77(47%) from the floor, while shooting 5 of 20(25%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 19-27(70%) from the Charity strike. The Bench of SCU contributed 51 pts to the effort out performing the Holy Patriot bench by +35 margin. Robert Chapman being the top scorer coming off the bench. Southwestern Christian out-rebounded Holy Patriot by a +13 advantage, (45-32 SCU), SCU had more second chance points over Holy Patriot (26-12). Jordan Williams lead SCU with five assists and SCU ended the night with 20 assist overall. The Big Stat for SCU was 58 pts in the paint.

Bralen Patterson led the scoring for SCU with 19 pts, 8 Rebs,& 1 Stls, he shot 9-13 from the floor and 1-1 from the Charity strike. Robert Chapman finished the night with 16 pts, 7 Rebs, 1 Ast, & 2 Stls. Luiz Machado Jr. and Shawn Hopkins both finished the night with 12 pts a piece.

Southwestern Christian returns to action at Home in Pickens-Springer Gymnasium in Bethany,OK on November 5th at 5:00 PM against Arlington Baptist for more SCU Men's Basketball action.
