Kissimmee,FL.--Southwestern Christian(14-7-2) Won in dramatic fashion with a come from behind win against Carolina University(10-8-1), winning 3-2.SCU had more shots and SOG than the Bruins, the Eagles out-shot the Bruins 28-10, The Eagles also had more shots on Goal, at 15-5. SCU had more Corner Kicks than the Bruins at 6-3.

Carolina opened the game with the first goal of the game in the second half at the 48th minute to give them a one-nil lead. They would add another goal in the 55th minute to their lead, to give them a 2-0 lead. SCU would respond in the 76th minute with a Cameron Ashby Goal, Tom Hausdoerfer would get the assist on the play and SCU would bring the game to 2-1 Bruins. SCU would tie the game in the 80th minute with a goal by Juan Anselmi, Jackson Kim would get the assist on the play and with that Goal the game would be even at 2-2. In the 83rd minute Cameron Ashby
would get score the Game-Winning Goal, his second on the day, Juan Anselmi would get the assist, and SCU would take the lead at a score of 3-2, and would hold this lead to the end of the game. The Eagles will win Game 1 of pool play.

The Eagles return to action tomorrow at 2:30 PM against Campbellsville university for the final game of Pool play.
