Mariah Yarbrough

Mariah Yarbrough enters her fourth season with Southwestern Christian University.

Yarbrough came to SCU after spending three seasons as the head coach at Philander-Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas.

During her tenure with Philander-Smith College, Yarbrough built the team from a 6-win team in her first season to a 17-win team in 2019. It was their first winning season in program history.

As a player, Yarbrough began her post-high school career at Otero Junior College in La Junta, Colorado. She would then go on to play at Philander-Smith College, where she was named a captain during her senior season.

Yarbrough received an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Otero Junior College before earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Philander-Smith, Masters from Langston University.
