The Eagles struggled to find offensive rhythm early as Langston built a 41–24 halftime lead behind efficient shooting and strong interior play. SCU battled throughout the second half but was unable to slow Langston's momentum, as the Lions outscored the Eagles 49–30 after the break.
JaColby Williams led Southwestern Christian with 14 points, connecting on three shots from beyond the arc and going 5-for-6 at the free-throw line. Elijah Garcia followed closely with 13 points, knocking down 9-of-11 free throws while adding two steals. Michal Wooldridge contributed 10 points and six rebounds, providing steady effort on both ends of the floor.

SCU will look to regroup and refocus as conference play continues, using the road test as valuable experience moving forward.
