The Southwestern Christian University (SCU) Eagles Softball team clinched a decisive 6-1 victory against the Peru State Bobcats on March 13, 2025. The game, held at home in Bethany, Okla, showcased the Eagles' dominance from the start, improving their season record to 13-4. 
Trinity Norwood, 
Holly Elam, and 
Lexi Cahwee were the standout players for the Eagles, collectively scoring all six runs for SCU. Cahwee was particularly impressive, hitting a 3-run homer in the 3rd inning that swung the momentum firmly in favor of Southwestern Christian. Her performance did not stop there; she also contributed three RBI's, cementing her role as a key player in the Eagles' lineup. 
Jessica Czikra, starting pitcher for the Eagles, demonstrated commendable skill from the mound, effectively holding the opposition at bay throughout the game. The collective defensive and offensive efforts by SCU ensured their lead was unchallenged after their significant scoring in the third inning. Additional noteworthy performances came from Norwood and Elam. Norwood contributed a double, a stolen base, and one RBI, while Elam supported the team's efforts with two doubles and two RBI's. The Eagles are next looking to extend their winning streak, building on the strong performances and high morale from their recent successes.

On a sunny afternoon in Bethany, Okla, the Southwestern Christian University Eagles delivered a stellar performance against Peru State College on March 13, 2025. The Eagles dominated the non-conference matchup, securing a decisive 9-1 victory over the Bobcats.
The Eagles, powered by their dynamic lineup, saw substantial contributions from
