Bellevue Classic Tournament:

The Eagles started the tournament playing the host team Bellevue on Friday afternoon in Nebraska. The Eagles took their first lose of the season losing 80 to 66. 
The Eagles shot 24-62(38%) from the floor, 8-21(38%) from the 3 point arc, and 10-19(53%) from the free throw line. SCU had 12 bench points and only 9 second chance points. Impressively the Eagles had 30 points in the paint.

 Game 2 in the Bellevue Tournament

Dickinson State - 76  SCU - 70

Once again the Eagles struggles to get the ball in the net only shooting 32 percent from the floor and 19 percent from beyond the Arc. The Lady Eagles did shoot 32 free throws in the match up, having a free throw percentage of 72%. SCU increased their second chance points in this game having 13 points and 28 points in the paint.

The Eagles look to bounce back and find their first win of the season when they play Southwestern College of 11/6 for their final non-conference match up.
