Oklahoma City, Okla. - The Eagles lost to the Oklahoma City University Stars tonight at OCU. SCU was bale to push OCU to a win-by-two scenario in the first set, but were just unable to close it out, and were unable to overcome playing from behind for the rest of the match.

The Eagles fought with heart against their rivals, going the distance in the first and third sets. Paige McGee took the reins of the SCU offense tonight, posting 7 kills. She also tallied a block and 2 digs on the night. Alondra Esparza came alive against tough competition, knocking down six kills and finishing with a .455 hit%. Brianna DeVries and Megan Graham each found 4 kills, with DeVries tallying 6 digs and 1 ace, while Graham got 4 assists and 5 digs. Faith DeSouza led the Eagles with 13 assists and 15 digs.
