Lions prove too much for Eagles despite four Eagles scoring Double-digits.

Waxahachie, TX.-- Southwestern Christian(10-13, 8-11 SAC) fall to a very good SAGU Lions team, 94-81 despite four Eagles ending the night with Double-digit points and two of the Eagles with 20+ points in the game. The Lions shot 36-72 from the field(50%). Cortland Blake Was the Lions leading scorer with 25 points and 14 Rebounds. The Lions shot 13-34(38%) from three and 9-13(70%) from the Free throw line. The Eagles picked up 14 steals against the Lions, Machado Jr. leading the way with four.

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 30-77(39%) from the floor, while shooting 9 of 33 (27%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 12 of 21(57%) from the free throw line. The bench of SCU contributed 32 points. Southwestern had 30 rebounds on the day, 22 on the defensive glass. SCU ended the day with 14 assists overall. Luiz Machado Jr. finished his night with 20 pts, 10 Rebounds, 4 Stls,& 2 Ast. Ronald Moore finished the day with 20 points & 5 rebounds,& 3 Stls and Jordan Williams finished with 12 points, 4 Ast, 3 Rebs,& 2 Stls
