Bethany,OK.--Southwestern Christian(7-2) sweeps Day one of the Trimatch against College of the Ozark and Bacone College. 5-3 in game one against COFO and 8-4 in game two against Bacone College. SCU had 23 hits in 2 games combined and looking to continue their hot hitting heading into Day two of the Tri-Match with the Bobcats and the Warriors.
Game 1
Southwestern Christian opened the scoring in the first inning off a SAC Fly by Dario Paredes, to make it 1-0. SCU would tack one a run in the second off a Bobcat Error, to move the lead to 2-0. The Eagles would score two runs in the Third, starting off a big Triple by Kyler Ayres and then adding one more run on a Tyler Reeves SAC Fly to extend their lead to 4-0 heading into the fourth. The Bobcats would strike back in the fourth, with two runs to cut the lead to two off a single to right to make it a 4-2 ball game. The Eagles would respond in the fourth by adding an insurance run off a Dario Paredes single to Left Center to make it a 5-2 ball game. COFO would score a run in the seventh and was not able to score the tying run that was on first base, the Eagles would win 5-3 over the Bobcats.

Southwestern Christian opened the scoring in the first inning with Five runs, starting right off the bat with a Home run by Korben Ford(1) over Left to make it 1-0.Dario Paredes one drive in a runner off a single to Right to extend the lead to 2-0. Kyler Ayres(1) would then with two runners on would Hit a Homer over Center to make it a 5-0 ball game. The Eagles would add an insurance run in the second with a single to left by Dario Paredes to make it a 6-0 ball game. Bacone would notch a run in the third off a Double to Right Center to cut the lead to 6-1. Bacone would make it a 6-2 ball game with a Home run over Center to cut more into the SCU lead. The Eagles would respond with a run in the bottom half of the fourth off a single by Dario Paredes to make it 7-2. SCU would extend the lead to 8-2 with a single to Right Center by Jhors Gomez but the run would come across due to a Bacone error Throwing error. The Warriors would score two runs in the seventh to cut the lead to 8-4, but a Warrior was caught out at home trying to score by the Left fiedler Kyler Ayres, the Eagles would win this game 8-4.
