The Southwestern Christian University men's basketball team headed to Arkansas, where they suffered a big defeat to Pine Bluff. This was the Eagles first encounter with Pine Bluff.
Shawn Hopkins led the Eagles as the only player in double figures, followed by Ronald Moore with 8 points. Bralen Patterson, Chris Fetuga and Robert Chapman each had 7 points, and Taylor Turner added 6 points.
Shawn Hopkins managed to perform on both ends of the floor, as he had 5 rebounds and a block. Michael Wooldridge contributed with four rebounds for the Eagles. The Eagles came out slow and never managed to get a spark going.
