Plainview,TX.--Southwestern Christian(16-14) was eliminated in the SAC Quarterfinals by the #1 seed Flying Queens,66-95, SCU just couldn't slow down the Offensive powerhouse that was WBU. WBU shot 33-70 from the field averaging 47%, 8-20 from the three averaging 40% and shot 21-24 from the free throw line averaging 88%.  Kaylee Edgemon led WBU with 25 points. The Lady Eagles forced 7 turnovers on WBU resulting in 5 points, Gillian Snowder had one block on the night.
 
Southwestern Christian shot relatively well tonight, The Lady Eagles shot 24-63 from the floor averaging 38%, also shot 3-13 from three (23%) and from the free throw line shot 15-16 (94%). Thamires Andrade led the Lady Eagles in points tonight with 16. The Lady Eagles got Out-Rebounded the Flying Queens 32-44, SCU had 8 offensive rebounds and scored 9 second chance points,Thamires Andrade & Tresha Yager led SCU in Rebounds and finished with 6 a piece. The bench contributed 15 points to the effort, Gillian Snowder led the 2nd team squad shooting 4-7 from the floor and 2-2 from the Free throw line, she finished the game with 10 pts & 2 Reb. The Eagles had 10 assist in the game,Thamires Andrade & Abbey Phibbs led the Lady Eagles in Assist and finished the night with 3 a piece. SCU also finished with 16 pts in the paint.

Thamires Andrade led the Lady Eagles tonight,she finished the night with 3-5 shooting and 10-10 from the Charity strike, Her Final stat line was, 16 pts, 6 Reb,& 3 Ast. Lauren Wade also contributed to the Offensive effort with 6-12 shooting from the field, Her Final stat line was 12 pts & 3 Reb. Christina Jenkins,Gillian Snowder,& Tresha Yager all had 10pts a piece in the game tonight.
