San Antonio Tx.-- Southwestern Christian(2-4, 1-1 SAC) dropped a close one to Our Lady on Monday losing 61-57 to a tough Lady Saints squad. The Saints shot 23 of 55 from the field(42%).Carrie Barrera-Lacy was the leading scorer for the Saints shooting 6-9 from the field and ending the game with 15 pts.

Southwestern Christian ended the game shooting 22-64(34%) from the floor, while shooting 4 of 24(17%) from beyond the Arc, SCU shot 9-14(64%) from the free throw line. The Bench of SCU contributed only 3 pts to the effort. Delaney Reimer being the only scorer coming off the bench. The Eagles out-rebounded the Lady Saints, (38-28), SCU had more second chance points(8-2). Jayden Mason led SCU with 5 assists and SCU ended the night with 13 assist overall. 

Tresha Yager shot 4 of 14 from the field and 3-10 on Three point shot attempts, she ended the night with 11 pts, 4 Rebs,& 1 Ast. Christina Jenkins ended the night with 14 pts, 10 Rebs,& 2 Ast. Jayden Mason ended her night with 15 pts, 4 Rebs,& 5 Ast.

Southwestern Christian returns to action on the Road in San Antonio,TX on November 22nd at 2:00 PM against Iowa Wesleyan University for the OLLU Classics and more SCU Women's Basketball
