Southwestern Christian Defense was stubborn when forcing bad shots on the Bears. The Bears shot 26-68 from the Field about 38%, 11-30 from three (36%) and also had a tough time at the Charity strike shooting 16-28 about 57%. SCU Defense was stout and forced tough shots.The Eagles were able to get 25 pts off of 13 Turnovers which led to the big rout. Khristien White had 2 blocks and 2 Stl in the Defensive Effort.

The Eagles Offense also had a good showing today, as they shot 38-75 from the Floor (51%). They did improve shooting from beyond the arc, SCU shot 9-26 from three (34%) and from the Free throw line shot 26-33 (79%). Jordan Williams led the SCU Eagles in Assist and Rebounds, he had 9 Rebs and 8 assist. The Bench helped also contributed 40 pts to the Winning effort. The Eagles Out-Rebounded Bears 51-28. SCU had 14 Offensive rebounds in the game which led to 10 second chance pts for the SCU offense. The Eagles also moved the Ball really well tonight getting 24 assist in the Game. Jordan Williams led the team in assist with 8, Derek Dantzler finished with 5 assist on the night and Khristien White had 4. The Eagles got nearly half of their points in the paint scoring about 52 with easy buckets this was a big part of the SCU offense and led to the Rout.

The Senior Luiz Machado Jr. (Queens, N.Y.) had a big Offensive night with 7-14 shooting and 4-6 from beyond the arc and shot 3-6 from the Charity strike, He finished the game with 21 pts, 5 Rebs, 2 Ast. York Benjamin (Tulsa, Okla.) also contributed to the Offensive effort with 4-6 shooting and 8-8 shooting from the Free throw line, His Final stat line was 16 pts and 4 Rebs. Jordan Williams (Yukon, Okla.) was just short of a Triple-Double, His Final stat line was 9 pts, 9 Rebs, and 8 Ast. Khristien White (Houston, Texas) and Darrin Ryan (Moore, Okla.) both Finished with 13 pts on the day.

The Eagles will return to action on the Road on Friday, November 12th,at 7:00pm against Oral Roberts university at Mabee Center in Tulsa,OK.
